HaemCalc is a haematology calculator and clinical reference tool, owned and operated by Dr Muhammad Mohsin.
2. Copyright
All original elements of HaemCalc — including calculator logic, the implementation of formulae and scoring systems, supporting text, layout, design, and source code — are protected by copyright under the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, and by equivalent laws in other countries.
Copyright in the UK arises automatically when an original work is created. There is no copyright register, and no fee is paid for it.

3. Trade mark
